Warranty Policy

Our dedication to delivering the finest in product craftsmanship is rivaled only by our commitment to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event our product may arrive to you in less than perfect condition. Below is our warranty policy which outlines the terms and conditions of our Limited Warranty for our products.

Note: This warranty is valid only for products that you bought through our online store at wellnewlife.com

 

1. Limited warranty coverage:

- Wellnewlife offers a 1 Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty starts from the date you received your product. Your date of receipt will be the date shown on our delivery records for your order.

- This warranty covers damage and defective functionality that arises under normal use conditions during the warranty period.

 

2. What’s not covered:

- Damage or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, fire and water damage, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.

- Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, contact with animals, or maintenance not following the provided user manual and guidelines.

- Wear and tear, or due to the aging of materials, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, dents, or fading of colors and materials.

- Damage or defects resulting from use in a non-domestic, commercial or rental setting.

 

3. Making a warranty claim:

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

- Contact our dedicated customer service team at support@wellnewlife.com to report the issue and provide your order number to validate your warranty.

- Our customer support team may request additional information such as clear photographs, and/or videos to assess the claim.

- If the issue is covered under the warranty, we will guide you through the next steps of the warranty claim process.

 

4. Warranty resolution:

Self-Repair: In cases where defects are caused by faulty parts, we will ship the replacement parts to you free of charge and guide you with the necessary installation and assembly instructions. You may replace the parts yourself or through a third-party, but we won't be responsible for any labour costs due to the replacement.

Refunds & Replacement: If, after a reasonable amount of attempts we are not able to fix the defects in the product, we will provide a replacement product of equal or lesser value from purchase, subject to availability, or reimburse you in an amount equal or lower than the purchased price.

 

5. Limitation on transferibility of warranties

The Wellnewlife Warranty applies only the the original purchaser. Any attempt to transfer any warranty will get voided.
