If, for any reason, you feel that your purchase didn't align with this commitment, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make the process as smooth as possible. Before you return anything, please contact our customer support team at support@wellnewlife.com. We will work with you to try to make it right.
If the product still doesn't work for you, you can return the product following the return guidelines below.
We only accept return for items purchased directly from us on wellnewlife.com. For purchases made with any other distributor, please contact the relevant distributor.

2. Return eligibility:
- Products are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery, based on our tracking records.
3. Conditions of return:
- Ensure all accessories, parts, and manuals accompany your returning package.
- Damage fees may apply if original packaging is not returned, or goods or packaging are damaged or missing parts when we receive them.
- Returned product must be received within the 30 days validity period into our warehouse.
- Products must be completely disassembled.
- Products must be marked as "Returned Products".
- You must provide us with the tracking details for the returned goods within 7 days of initiating your return.
4. Return Shipping Fee:
- You are responsible for all return shipping fees and costs.
- This return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Refund:
- Will be initiated within 14 working days after the returns goods pass our inspection.
- Will be processed via the same means of payment used for the initial transaction and credited to your account within a few days, depending on your bank's practice.
- Any shipping costs paid by you when making your purchase will not be refunded.
Please ensure you carefully read and understand our return policy before initiating a return. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned to the correct location in good condition, including its original packaging. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged while in transit or rejected because it was sent to the wrong address.
All refund amounts and return decisions made by Wellnewlife are final.
