5. Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we only offer shipping within the contiguous states of the United States, which excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
For some remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take longer than our standard shipping times.

For furniture items, please ensure that the delivery address is accessible to large delivery trucks and that someone is present to accept and sign for the delivery. If you opt for White Glove Delivery, our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

In such cases, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will promptly assist you and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
