LUMBAR SUPPORT
Pull the lever to unlock lumbar support. Sit back and micro adjust your body to find the perfect position for your spine. Lower the lever to lock the back support in place. You chose this comfort.
FULL SUPPORT FOAM
Your entire spine and base is supported by our Full-Support Foam & Supple Simulated Leather. Increase comfort during long hours by sitting on our unique combo of support and softness.
3D ARMRESTS
A small tweak in arm position makes a difference to upper body posture. Press and hold outer lever to adjust height. Push armrest pads forwards and back or pivot in and out. You’re in full control.
HYDRAULIC SEAT HEIGHT
Take a seat, and pull the right-rear lever to lower your computer chair to 17". Stand slightly, and pull the lever again to raise to 20". Or, find your in-between with our smooth Class-4 hydraulics. Too easy.
SEAT DEPTH
Longer thighs? Take a seat, pull the left lever up and slide the seat forward to give yourself more leg room. Push the lever down to lock the seat in place. To reset, stand up and push the lever down.
BACKREST RECLINE
When seated, pull the right-rear lever to recline 110° to 135°. Push in to lock. To release back to 90°, simply unlock and push backrest. Adjust the recline tension knob for buoyancy or stability.

Do your products require assembly?
Yes, our products do require assembly which takes about 20min. We understand the importance of providing clear and straightforward instructions to ensure a smooth assembly process for our customers. Additionally, we include all the necessary tools and hardware needed to complete the assembly efficiently.

Can I purchase replacement parts?
We don't currently offer replacement parts directly through Wellnewlife.
My chair has just arrived but I'm having issues with the gas lift, what should I do?
In some instances, the gas lift on your chair may feel a little tight when you first use it. This is simply due to the gas lift not being used for a period of time since your item was assembled. Not to worry, this isn't a fault with the chair, the gas lift will loosen after a few uses to allow for easy maneuvering.
I received my new product, but it’s missing some parts? What should I do?
We're genuinely sorry to hear that you're missing some parts. If your chair arrived without all its parts, follow these steps:
- Check Everywhere: Sometimes, the parts hide in the packaging. Give it a thorough search.
- Manual Help: Look at the assembly manual – it might have a list of parts and where they should be.
- Reach Out to Us: If parts are still MIA, contact our friendly support team at support@wellnewlife.com. Tell us what's missing and your order number.

Why don’t my wheels go all the way in?
I understand that fitting the wheels can sometimes require a bit more effort. For a smoother experience, consider wrapping a small towel around the wheel's stem to ensure a good grip without scratching your hands. If it remains challenging, perhaps seeking assistance from someone with a bit more strength might help. Your comfort and safety are our priority!
